Refund Policy

Access to your full IQ report is offered as a 7-day trial for $0.99. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews at $29.99/month until you cancel. The price and terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase.

You can cancel at any time — before or after the trial ends — from the cancellation page or by emailing support@iqcheck.ai. When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Because your report is delivered digitally and immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once access is granted. However, we want you to be treated fairly:

• If you were charged after cancelling, or charged in error, we will refund that charge in full.
• If you cancel a renewal shortly after it is billed and have not meaningfully used the report in that period, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.
• Where you have a statutory right to a refund (for example, certain consumer rights in the EEA/UK), those rights are not affected by this policy.

Email support@iqcheck.ai from the address associated with your account, including the date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
