These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of iqcheck.ai and our services. By accessing or using the site, taking the test, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

iqcheck.ai provides an online IQ-style assessment and a paid report. The test and its results are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. They are not a clinical or professional intelligence assessment, medical or psychological diagnosis, and should not be relied upon for employment, academic, medical, or other important decisions.

You must be an adult (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the service.

We use passwordless, magic-link sign-in tied to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your sign-in links.

Access to the full report is offered as a 7-day trial for $0.99. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews at $29.99/month until you cancel. The price and billing terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase.

You can cancel at any time from the cancellation page or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the test, questions, or reports;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service;
• Use automated means to take the test or abuse trials, coupons, or refunds;
• Use the service unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.

The site, test content, questions, scoring, reports, branding, and design are owned by iqcheck.ai or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own, non-commercial use. Your personalised report is for your own use.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that results are accurate, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. As noted above, the test is for entertainment and educational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iqcheck.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the test or results. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold iqcheck.ai harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
